Qredo Achieves SOC2 Type 1 Compliance
Road Town, BVI, 17th March 2022 — Qredo, the decentralized Layer 2 infrastructure for the custody and settlement of digital assets, has secured certification as a Service Organization Control Type 1 organization.
The audit, conducted by Insight Assurance, confirmed that Qredo’s information security practices, policies and procedures adhere to SOC2 Type 1 throughout the business, affirming the company’s position as a trusted service provider implementing industry-leading security standards.
The certification underlines Qredo’s commitment to setting high standards for institutional-grade custody in the cryptocurrency industry, prioritizing the safety and confidentiality of clients’ data and assets.
Josh Goodbody, Qredo Chief Operating Officer, said that the result showed how the company is dedicated to providing a secure network for institutional users to securely hold and transact in the digital assets markets.
